After growing up in a community where mental health was taboo, I became a therapist to create safe, supportive spaces where healing feels possible. In our sessions, I will listen with empathy and meet you where you are. We will work together on exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy, which helps you learn how to face your fears, reduce OCD's power over you, and build confidence so you can continue moving forward even after therapy ends. My other focus areas include anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, substance use, and LGBTQ+ concerns.
