I've personally experienced OCD, so I understand how distressing intrusive thoughts and compulsions can be. In our work together, I’ll create a safe space where we’ll build on your strengths, harness your coping skills, and develop new tools to help you regain control of your life. We’ll progress at a pace that respects your comfort and supports your progress. As a trained artist and musician, I also incorporate art therapy, music therapy, somatic therapy, and play therapy when helpful—offering creative, evidence-based ways to process experiences, reduce anxiety, and build resilience.
