I've always wanted to help others write more empowered chapters in their life stories. People very dear to me have struggled with OCD. As your OCD therapist, I'll listen, explain the process, and answer your questions. I want to hear your story, and learn where I can walk alongside you. We'll use your strengths and past victories to move forward. The work will be challenging, but it will be some of the most rewarding work you'll ever do. I've also helped people facing grief, life changes, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and addiction.
