My approach to treating OCD is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based. I prioritize the therapeutic relationship and emotional safety. I'll meet you where you are to help you understand your OCD cycle. We'll work together to gradually face feared situations while resisting the urge to engage in compulsions. I'll focus on reducing shame and normalizing the experience of intrusive thoughts, so you'll feel less alone. I also have experience working with depression, anxiety, anger management, family conflict, relationship conflicts, trauma/abuse, domestic violence, mild autism, and addictions.
