My approach to OCD treatment is person-centered. In our sessions, you can share your thoughts, feelings, and needs. Tell me what you think is working and what may not be. I want you to feel empowered and heard. OCD therapy may feel uncomfortable and even difficult at times, but I'll support you openly every step of the way. I'm here to help you achieve long-term success. In addition to OCD, I specialize in treating behavioral dysregulation, depression, anxiety, and trauma.

My path to treating OCD

Through my professional journey, I've seen the impact OCD can have in people's lives. That inspired me to be part of the treatment community and help people regain their lives from this condition.

How my background shapes how I support you

Growing up in a large, multicultural family with many different dynamics taught me to be quick to listen and slow to judge. That experience had a big influence on how I approach therapy.

How I create a safe, supportive environment

I'll continue to remind you that you are never pressured to share anything that you don't want to—and that if you do want to share something, a conversation is always allowed, regardless of the concern.

What Members say helps them feel comfortable

Keeping things fun in session and letting my genuine personality shine helps my Members feel more at ease. I also focus on patience, collaboration, and flexibility.
