When you're living with OCD, life can feel so small and overwhelming. I have seen this firsthand, and I know how scary and intimidating it can be to try therapy with a new person. But, I also know how treatable OCD is with the right support. I am here for you, and I will partner with you every step of the way, and listen to you wholeheartedly. Together, we will work to get your life back to where you want it to be. I also focus on treating generalized anxiety, PTSD, and disordered eating.

How my background shapes the way I work
Growing up in a multilingual and multicultural household really showed me the importance of integrating people's cultural, religious, and ethnic identities. I enjoy learning about the values and languages my Members hold, so our work can be tailored to who they are.
How I create a safe, focused, and supportive environment in therapy
I'm very intentional about letting my Members know that during our sessions, 100% of my attention is on them. This time is theirs. I listen fully and wholeheartedly, and I hold everything they choose to share in very high regard. Nothing they share is judged or criticized.
What I want to help you see in yourself
I want you to see how resilient you are, and to realize that you can work through challenges that may seem insurmountable in ways you never thought possible. I also want you to recognize the bravery and courage it takes to be open to starting exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy.
How I tailor therapy to each person
I try to see the whole picture of who you are, beyond your OCD symptoms. I take time to learn about the parts of your life that matter most to you. I'm also highly creative, and I work hard to design activities tailored to your needs that help you make progress as quickly as possible.
Why our members love working with Brianna
M.P.
NOCD has been life changing for me. I’ve had to put in the work, but I have learned so much through Brianna. I’m confident in facing situations even when they’re scary. I deal with agoraphobia, and for so long I didn’t realize that was what it was. I thought I just had a “chemical imbalance”. While it’s true I may have one, it’s also true I have agoraphobia. Without this therapy I’m not sure where I’d be. I’m still learning and trying to keep exposing myself to situation’s I would normal hide from. I’m slowly but surely seeing the old me again while growing into a newer more confident me. Thank you so much to Bri and NOCD for helping me. I can never thank you enough!
