I enjoy watching people step into empowerment. I see OCD as a continual sacrifice to the monster of our reality. What if we could befriend the monster and utilize imagination not just to survive but to flourish in our relationships and life's purpose? In my practice, I take an eclectic approach and utilize a variety of methods, including narrative, interpersonal, and strengths-based therapy as appropriate.
