I know personally that OCD can be a terribly distressing disorder, but treatments can and do help. Therapy for OCD may seem intimidating or even scary, but it can be life-changing. Symptoms you've struggled with — sometimes for years — can be worked on in therapy, and your quality of life can improve beyond what you thought possible! We will go at your own pace, and you won't be alone. In addition to OCD, I have treated a wide variety of disorders. My main areas of focus include psychosis and anxiety.
