Relationships have always been important to me. As your OCD therapist, I will meet you where you are. I take an individualized approach to treatment. Challenging your thoughts can be a scary process, but you are more than capable of showing your thoughts who's the boss — you! By creating a trusting relationship, I'll ensure you're comfortable with tolerating discomfort. My other areas of focus include anxiety, depression, life transitions, child behavior, grief, and boundary issues. I've had my own anxiety and depression issues; it is so empowering to know these diagnoses can be managed.

My personal connection to OCD and mental health
I have depression and anxiety and I can relate to some of the symptoms people with OCD experience. I know that you are more than your diagnosis—and your diagnosis doesn't have to dictate how you live your life.
How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy
It's not going to be all clinical talk throughout our sessions. I allow you the space to say whatever you need to say. I follow your lead, provide you with support, and ask what you need in the moment. I've had some Members say they feel really comfortable with me because of my conversational style—I show up as a human, not just a therapist.
What sets me apart from other ERP therapist
I grew up in a military family and often connect with people over that. I had to move around a lot and be flexible, and that experience has definitely helped me be adaptable within clinical settings.
My message to you if you're struggling right now
Know that you won't be alone in this process, it will be a collaborative approach, and I will be there to help you every step of the way. Even if you're able to hold off from compulsions by one second, that's progress and that's great.
