I'll work with you to create strategies to help you meet your goals. ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) is a logical approach to overcoming anxiety, and progress is tangible and rapid. Before specializing in OCD, I mainly worked with children and adolescents, so I'm used to breaking complex topics down into concepts that are easily understood.
