This helps put you in the driver's seat. From there, we'll work on building confidence in confronting thoughts and compulsions. I am judgment-free and am only here to help and honor your experience. Beyond OCD treatment, I have worked with victims of sex abuse and human trafficking. I also focus on treating trauma, PTSD, hoarding disorder, and eating disorders.
