I'm passionate about guiding people to lead more fulfilling lives with a better understanding of themselves. I'm a great listener who allows people to be heard and understood. As your OCD therapist, I will gently challenge you, but I'll always meet you where you're at and go at your pace. The most gratifying aspect of my job is when we can celebrate wins, no matter how big or small. In addition to OCD, I specialize in grief support, trauma-informed care, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and chronic and persistent mental illnesses.

Why our members love working with Dinelle
A.G.
I absolutely adore Dinelle it's like talking to a person I've jumped in head first wanting help not even sure if I had ocd and she's helped me learn A LOT about how my ocd looks like and has been doing a great job guiding me with ERP, haven't done a lot but just the improvement from where I was three months ago is still something to be proud of every day I look forward to my next session I'm still early on in my treatment and seeing her twice a week but I look forward to it!
