I like to take a collaborative approach when treating OCD. I'm in this with you. I won't ask you to do something I wouldn't do myself. No one knows your OCD the way you do. I hope to create a safe space where you can feel comfortable sharing scary thoughts. You won't be judged here. It is truly rewarding for me to see people progress, grow, and change with the right support. My other areas of focus include anxiety, hoarding, depression, and other mood disorders.
