A fun fact about me: My pets are my life. One day, I hope to incorporate my animals into the therapeutic treatment and provide animal-assisted therapy.

OCD is a disorder in which your mind creates intrusive thoughts that aren't your own. To make progress, there needs to be honesty and trust. ERP is a highly effective treatment for OCD, however, a major part of ERP is having an open and trusting therapeutic relationship with your therapist and really putting in the work to get better.
