Licensed Therapist, MSW, LISW
Treatment is collaborative! I’m here with you on the journey, but you are in control. I can offer warmth and support when needed, and I'll challenge you when necessary. Outside of work, I'm a horse girl who's been riding horses since I was eight years old. I also love spending time with my family and my two corgis.

OCD can be debilitating, but it is so treatable. If you're struggling with OCD, you don't have to do it alone.
I’ve always enjoyed helping people. From the time I was a kid, my career goal was to be a veterinarian. In college, I was introduced to equine-assisted psychotherapy, which caused a complete shift for me. From that moment, I knew being a therapist was what I was being called to do, and I never looked back.
OCD is so misunderstood. It can be debilitating, yet it is so treatable. I don’t want people struggling with OCD to feel like they have to do it alone.
I focus on working with complex trauma and have extensive experience working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and autism. I also have a special interest in working with veterans and their families. I come from a military family, so I've seen firsthand some of the unique challenges our veterans face.
Getting started is the hardest part. By leaning into the process, you can accomplish things you've only imagined. It takes a lot of hard work, but it is so worth it.
I get it! Sometimes, building trust takes time. This is a judgment-free zone, and I make every effort to create a safe space where you can share anything that's on your mind.
