I treat OCD with compassion and patience. It's important to communicate and work together to improve symptoms. I've always been interested in mental health and how the brain operates in response to certain triggers. The most gratifying part of my job is helping others become their best selves. In addition to treating OCD, I specialize in PTSD, anxiety, MDD, and personality disorders.

My personal connection to OCD and mental health
I have social anxiety, and I regularly use the tools I share with my Members to stay aligned with what's effective and to better understand what truly supports growth and awareness—like exploring before assuming.
How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy
Validation is important. I want you to feel seen and heard without needing to change or justify your experience. When you feel accepted as you are, you're more likely to open up and engage.
My message to you if you're considering therapy
Exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy is an incredibly effective treatment for OCD. You got this—just try, and don't give up.
What my Members say helps them feel comfortable with me
My Members know that there's absolutely no judgment here; I'm here to help. I'm also very patient. I won't give up on you. I know how it feels to be at a low spot or have bad months, and I would want someone to be patient with me, too.
