I was diagnosed with OCD in my 20s; my family has been deeply affected by OCD. I understand OCD from the inside out and can walk hand-in-hand with you through therapy. My approach centers on living life on life’s terms: It is uncomfortable, uncertain, and scary at times. I'll identify behaviors that no longer serve you, peel back the layers of fear-based thinking that keep you stuck, and help uncover your true strength and capacity for change. I'll customize sessions to meet you where you’re at and celebrate who you are.
