He/Him
Licensed Therapist, MA, LMHC
My approach to treating OCD involves building a strong therapeutic relationship where we can work in collaboration and you feel comfortable and empowered. You know yourself best, and I will meet you where you're at. In my downtime, I enjoy practicing jujitsu (I've been doing it for over 25 years), hiking, traveling, spending time with my family, and marathon-watching my favorite shows and movies.

I've been able to witness the positive effects that therapy can have on an individual, allowing them to increase their self-esteem and take back control. Seeing this at a young age, I knew it was something I wanted to be a part of.
Personally and professionally, I've witnessed firsthand how OCD can impact a person. I believe everyone deserves to experience effective therapy. This led me to gain knowledge in ERP and work with others so they can work toward their goals.
Throughout my career, I've been fortunate to work in a variety of settings, including hospitals, private practice, and partial care facilities, with individuals who have experienced anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, OCD, and various stressors.
Meeting a stranger can be an intimidating experience, and sharing your intrusive and unwanted thoughts can be scary. Seeking support is probably one of the hardest steps to take. This shows you have bravery and determination. Give yourself credit for that.
It can be scary to share your thoughts with a therapist—or anyone. However, it's important to remember that I'm not here to judge those thoughts. By sharing them, you're demonstrating courage and your desire to make changes. I'm here to work with you.
