Therapy has been transformative in my own life, and I love to be part of that process for others. I'm passionate about combating the stigma of OCD and helping people regain control of their lives with evidence-based treatments. My approach is warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental. We will go at your pace, and I'll be there to guide you and ensure you feel seen and heard. Beyond OCD, I have years of experience treating anxiety disorders, autism, ADHD, trauma, depression, and sensory processing disorder. I have experience working with all ages.

Leah is fantastic!!! She has been helping me so much to get to the root of my OCD as well as providing me with tools to challenge OCD and accept uncertainty. She met with me and my wife both today (a first for me in therapy) and, in her usual thoughtful way, gave us wonderful insight into how OCD is affecting our relationship. She was also able to elicit strategies for us both to use when OCD creeps into our relationship!! Thank you Leah!!

In just 3 sessions, I feel extremely grateful to have Leah Dronson as a therapist. Her compassionate demeanor along with her true understanding of OCD and effective treatment has me highly encouraged that I will soon be engaging (or not engaging) in new ways of thinking (or not thinking) about my OCD! Thank you Leah!

Leah is amazing! She has helped me so much in understanding why I get stuck in worrying too much. She has allowed me to see that I have a choice in how long I want to ruminate on each little or big decision. She has provided me strategies and ways to gain hours back in my week so that I can enjoy my life more contently.

Leah is an amazing therapist. She is so knowledgeable about OCD and ERP- I’ve never had a therapist “get it” quite like her. I feel very supported and challenged, in the best way, in our work together. I would highly recommend Leah as a therapist!

Everything about my therapist has been great, but the onslaught of emails and messages received from NOCD on a near-daily basis is incredibly overwhelming.
