She/Her
Licensed Therapist, MS, LPC
I understand that OCD isn't limited to intrusive thoughts or behaviors. It can also affect various aspects of your daily life. By taking a holistic approach—considering your relationships, work, and overall well-being—I tailor a treatment plan to address your specific needs. Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my family and loved ones. Dancing and being active also bring me joy. I also have a passion for growing plants inside my home. It's a therapeutic and fulfilling hobby that brings a touch of nature indoors.

Therapy is a collaborative process. We'll work together to identify goals and develop strategies to manage your OCD symptoms.
From the tender age of 5, I've been discovering solutions to issues for individuals in my surroundings. What proved to be difficult and demanding for many, I discovered was natural for me and gratifying as I matured. Serving others in this capacity is not solely my profession—it's my calling.
I've always been fascinated by the human mind and how it works. OCD is a complex disorder that can greatly impact a person's life, and I wanted to help individuals who are struggling with it. It's rewarding to provide support and treatment to those who need it most. To a certain extent, it's a shared experience among us all. By helping to dispel the stigmas surrounding OCD, I'm also aiding in my own personal growth.
I also specialize in helping individuals who are dealing with different problems in their relationships, as well as those struggling with feelings of depression and/or anxiety. I've always been drawn to helping people overcome their personal struggles and find inner peace.
Therapy is a collaborative process. We'll work together to identify goals and develop strategies to manage your OCD symptoms. It's important to have an open mind and be willing to actively participate in therapy sessions. Therapy takes time and effort, but it can be incredibly beneficial in helping you overcome OCD.
This is a safe space for open discussion. Take your time to gather your thoughts and express yourself in a way that feels comfortable to you. I'm here to listen and support you, so please don't hesitate to share your ideas. Your thoughts and opinions are valuable, and I believe in creating an environment where everyone feels heard and respected. Remember that communication is a two-way street, and I'm dedicated to fostering a productive and inclusive conversation. Feel free to ask questions, seek clarification, or provide additional context if needed. Let's work together to create a meaningful and enriching dialogue.
