My goal is to create a warm and non-judgmental space where you can be yourself. Drawing on my varied life experiences, I bring understanding and occasional laughter to our work together. (I believe even the most difficult challenges can be approached with a little lightness and humor.) This is a collaborative process, and I'll be with you every step of the way. I love seeing my Members conquer fears and achieve goals they once thought were out of reach. I also have experience treating substance use and personality disorders, including borderline personality disorder.
