I've been working in mental health within a variety of roles and locations for over 14 years, treating people with OCD and other challenges. I’ve also been counseling for 5 years within residential treatment, inpatient and outpatient facilities, community mental health, homeless shelter, substance abuse and hospice settings. I use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy to treat people with OCD.
