As a therapist, I try to create a welcoming, warm environment. When I first meet with someone, I like to start off by finding out what they want to get out of therapy. I'll craft a treatment plan with you based on that, realizing that other concerns can arise on a week-to-week basis. Outside of work, I'm a big fan of rock and metal music and love going to concerts. As a therapist, I like to create an environment that feels laid-back and direct, not sterile or clinical. It's my goal just to show up as myself. When I’m not working, I love to be outdoors. I like to spend time with my horse whenever possible, as I'm endlessly learning the art of dressage. I also love my family and my dog. I enjoy traveling when I’m able, as I love to meet new people and see and learn new things.Read more

I'm the youngest of six in a blended family and have a blended family of my own. I also enjoy cooking and grilling year-round.Read more
