I’m a collaborative, transparent therapist. I’ll help you understand the OCD cycle, how your brain works, and how to take your power back. I believe therapy is about dignity and restoring hope. I strive to make our sessions feel approachable and growth-oriented, not intimidating or shame-filled. I’m especially mindful of how OCD can be misdiagnosed or minimized in BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ individuals. In addition to OCD, I support people navigating anxiety, depression, relational stress, grief, and trauma.

Why our members love working with Dr. Victoria
S.H.
Good experienceDr Victoria was very good at introducing me to therapy. I tend to blurt out question or ask for more information, which I know is interrupting the flow, but she more than accommodated me.
