This is a safe space, and I’m committed to working with you on hard things. I’ll help you understand how OCD works and how to retrain your brain’s response to fear. Every session will be about you and your growth. In addition to OCD, I treat PTSD, anxiety disorders, and body dysmorphic disorder, and I support LGBTQIA+ individuals.
