I have family members who struggle with OCD, and I've seen the great impact OCD therapy has had on their lives. I want to help others reach their goals, too. I understand that intrusive thoughts can feel embarrassing or difficult to talk about, and I create a safe, culturally aware space where nothing is off limits. Together, we’ll build a strong connection and do meaningful work that leads to real change. In addition to OCD, my focus areas include anxiety, depression, PTSD, and trauma.
