My approach to OCD therapy is warm and affirming. I believe in truly holding space—with radical acceptance, curiosity, and non-judgment—so you can show up exactly as you are. Our work will be collaborative, blending structure with a bit of playfulness to help you separate yourself from OCD and loosen its grip. Just coming to our sessions, and doing your homework between them, can lead to radical changes in your life. In addition to OCD, I treat generalized anxiety, social anxiety, and specific phobias, and I’ve dedicated my career to supporting BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities.
