I approach OCD therapy by seeing you as human first. My style is relaxed, approachable, and grounded in the belief that thoughts are just thoughts—we don’t always have to give them life. I'll create a safe space for you by showing up authentically in sessions and encouraging you to do the same. We'll pursue growth at your own pace. In addition to OCD, my focus areas include anxiety, depression, postpartum concerns, trauma, and inner-child healing, and I have extensive experience supporting Latino/Latinx and Spanish-speaking communities.
