Living with OCD can feel isolating, especially when it’s tied to the things that matter most to you. I believe healing happens through safety, compassion, and truly feeling seen and heard. In our work together, I’ll take time to understand how your OCD shows up and what it latches onto, so we can approach treatment in a collaborative and transparent way—at your pace. You’ll always know what we’re working on and why. In addition to OCD, I work with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and eating disorders, and I support LGBTQ+ and marginalized individuals.
