I have loved ones who live with OCD, which has given me a deep understanding of the worries and daily challenges that come with it. As an OCD therapist, I focus on building trust and offering non-judgmental support. Using exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy, I’ll help you face your fears in a safe, structured way, at a pace that feels manageable. Together, we’ll celebrate progress—no matter how small—and work toward lasting change. I’m also a licensed marriage and family therapist and have experience working with LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities.
