Anxiety, particularly OCD, can be a really lonely place. Your brain can be busy, and it can tell you things that aren't true. I'll help you reclaim control of your life and quiet those noises that aren't helpful. I bring a direct, compassionate approach to therapy. I focus on listening closely, asking thoughtful questions, and building trust. We’ll work toward long-term relief at a pace we decide together. In addition to OCD, I have experience treating trauma, anxiety, and depression, as well as with veterans, service members, and LGBTQ+ individuals.
