I’m an OCD therapist because I’ve experienced firsthand how healing therapy can be. After receiving my own OCD diagnosis in college and going through treatment, I understand what it’s like to be on the other side of this work. I lead with empathy and create a safe, non-judgmental space where you'll feel respected and empowered. Exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy can feel intimidating, but it’s worth it—once you see results, you’ll understand why. In addition to OCD, I treat anxiety and work with LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities. I’m also fluent in Spanish.
