My goal as a therapist is to help you build your confidence and resilience so you can live the life you want. My style is collaborative, conversational, and sometimes humorous. It's hard to offend me, and if you're willing to start showing up for yourself, I will show up for you. I'll take time to understand your preferences, situations, and needs, and I welcome feedback on how I can best support you. In addition to OCD and related anxiety disorders, I have experience treating depression, mood and personality disorders, as well as severe, persistent mental illness.
