As your OCD therapist, I will offer you transparency, trust, and respect. I'll provide a space where you're safe to be your authentic self, because that's when real change and healing can happen. OCD therapy is collaborative, and you are in control throughout—we'll proceed at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is to help you live a fulfilling and authentic life. In addition to OCD, I have experience working with individuals facing depression, anxiety, specific phobias, bipolar disorder, ADHD, autism, and neurodivergence.
