I'm a humanistic therapist, meaning I accept who you are and where you are. There is no experience, no matter how big or shameful, that we can't explore together. In our sessions, I will gently hold your hand while holding you accountable, offering warmth, understanding, and zero judgment. I know exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy works: I have anxiety about driving, and after a few sessions of ERP with my own therapist, I noticed a reduction in my symptoms. In addition to OCD, I have experience treating anxiety and depression.
