My path to therapy began after witnessing the devastating impact of untreated mental illness in my own family. That experience inspired me to help African-American men and other underserved populations access the mental health support they deserve. Over the years, I’ve treated many people who struggled with OCD for too long before receiving effective care; I’m passionate about changing that. My approach is empathetic, non-judgmental, and grounded in collaboration. In addition to OCD, my focus areas include relationship/family therapy, PTSD, autism, anxiety, depression, and adolescents.
