My therapeutic style is direct., because we need to be able to be direct with OCD—calling it out OCD and letting it know you aren't going to let it run the show. At the same time, I like being able to laugh during sessions when appropriate. I hope you'll feel at ease being your authentic self with me. We'll celebrate each little win, and they really will add up. I also specialize in crisis management, anxiety, depression, and grief counseling.
