I entered the therapy field after noticing a need for clinicians who look like me. As an OCD specialist, I’m drawn to exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy because of its ability to create meaningful, lasting change. My approach to therapy is upfront and supportive — I’ll prepare you for the challenges of ERP and stand with you through the discomfort, knowing that over time your triggers will lose their power. I also have experience in behavioral management and working with children and adolescents.
