I'm dedicated to offering compassionate, evidence-based care for OCD. I'll help you understand the OCD cycle and work with you to gradually face your fears. I believe treatment works best when people feel safe, understood, and empowered to be active in their recovery. My goal is to help you reclaim your life and reconnect with what matters most to you. My other focus areas include trauma, depression, ADHD, autism, and personality disorders.
