For me, therapy isn’t about fixing people—it’s about creating space for healing, growth, and genuine connection. I’m incredibly grateful to be part of that process. I aim to make treatment clear, supportive, and empowering. This journey involves facing fears directly, building resilience, and discovering your strength, one step at a time. It takes courage and dedication, but you won’t do it alone—together, we’ll work toward lasting freedom from OCD. I also support individuals dealing with anxiety and depression, offering the same empathy, understanding, and support.

My personal connection to OCD and mental health

My best friend of thirty years has OCD. I've always supported her, but I also realized there was a lot of misinformation about OCD. Receiving specialized training in OCD has really helped me better support her and understand what people with OCD actually need.

How my background shaped my approach as a therapist

My upbringing shaped me in a big way. I was always the support person in my family. Both my mom and my dad had mental health issues, and I was there for them. That experience taught me the importance of listening with empathy and compassion.

How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy

I provide a judgment-free zone where I listen. I want my Members to really feel like they can open up and talk about the things they don't feel like they can talk about with others.

My message to you if you're considering therapy

Exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy is a very structured approach. Every session, you're seeing growth—even if it's just a little bit of growth. You're always making strides toward conquering OCD. ERP is evidence-based and has really been proven to be what works for OCD. But you'll never know if it's going to work for you unless you take that first step. I want to help my Members see that they're strong and not stuck in the cycle of compulsions that's keeping them from living their lives.
