I have personally experienced symptoms of perinatal and postpartum OCD, and I strive to create a non-judgmental, safe space for my members. My approach to reducing OCD symptoms starts with defining an end goal. We'll then work as a team to explore manageable, realistic tasks to meet that desired goal. My aim is to guide you to achieve the life you envision for yourself. My focus areas include trauma and abuse, depression and anxiety, adoption-competent mental health, and child and adolescent mental health.

Good experience

I started treatment within the last month as I have been struggling with OCD tendencies for about 2 years now- ( the loops, rumination, checking and reassurance seeking has taken up so much of my day). I’m so grateful to say that I’ve been able to connect with an incredible therapist, Payton! She is kind, direct and compassionate. I am truly so impressed with her clinical skill and ability to create a healing space (especially virtually). ERP is not an “easy” modality of therapy, but I’ve found so much progress in our 6 or so sessions! ERP works! I’m looking forward to the rest of our sessions and the continuation of getting my life back!
