I began my career as a music therapist, where I saw how creative expression can unlock profound healing for those who struggle to put their pain into words. That experience deepened my commitment to helping people navigate emotional and psychological challenges. I'll tailor OCD therapy to your unique needs, pace, and lived experience, integrating mindfulness and strategies for emotional regulation to support progress between sessions. My goal is to empower you—not just to manage OCD, but to reclaim your life. I also treat PTSD, trauma, depression, anxiety, and behavioral and relational challenges.

Good experience

Justine is great at taking care during times in session that can be overwhelming. She is thorough in explaining the ERP process and both validating and challenging each step.

Good experience

It went well. Sometimes I don't know how much I should share based on her questions, and we don't end up with enough time to complete the exercise at the end. Then I feel like I've shared too many traumas for the amount of time we have. It's only been 3 or 4 sessions so I will vocalize that I need more structure, next time. She has been wonderful and has a great demeanor. I feel more comfortable with her than I expected, which in turn makes me more uncomfortable because I feel vulnerable, but I guess that's the whole point.
