My approach to OCD therapy is rooted in empathy and understanding, combined with clear, direct guidance. I prioritize collaboration and use my knowledge to tailor treatment to each individual’s needs. I believe a touch of humor can help make facing fears feel a little less daunting and more manageable. I prioritize addressing the whole person by integrating strategies that support OCD symptoms and any additional issues, ensuring more comprehensive and effective care. In addition to OCD, I also focus on supporting people struggling with alcohol addiction, body-focused repetitive behaviors, and other anxiety-related disorders.
