Helping people reclaim their lives from intrusive thoughts and compulsions is incredibly meaningful to me. I take an evidence-based, compassionate approach to treating OCD, primarily using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to help members face their fears and reduce compulsive behaviors. I'll create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can build the tools you need to challenge your thoughts and take control of your life. In addition to OCD, I focus on anxiety and depression, helping people who feel overwhelmed or disconnected from themselves. This helps me take a holistic approach to treatment.

My personal connection to OCD and mental health
I have anxiety. When people share their worries, I'm able to relate firsthand because I'm a big worrier myself.
How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy
I'm always reminding you that this is your safe space. I always let you know you can share whatever you're ready for. Plus, I find ways to connect over shared interests—like liking the same music genres— which is especially helpful for connecting with my early adolescent and young adult members.
What I want to help you see in yourself
One of the things that I've noticed is that Members always have difficulty identifying what they're good at. I want to help you identify your strengths and share them.
My message to you if you're struggling right now
ERP might be a little difficult in the beginning, but having motivation and seeing how quickly results happen will help you resume some of the things you love and enjoy doing.
