I’m directive when needed, providing clear guidance and structure, especially with evidence-based treatments. This ensures you feel supported while being challenged to make meaningful progress. We’ll work together and move at your pace, and I’ll be there to support you every step of the way. In addition to OCD, I focus on treating eating disorders, anxiety disorders, family dynamics, parenting challenges, and supporting neurodivergent individuals.
