My approach to treating OCD is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I work to create a safe space where members feel supported as they face their fears and challenge intrusive thoughts. My goal is to empower you with tools to break free from OCD and reclaim your life. As a clinician with lived experience with OCD, I can say that ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) can be challenging but is incredibly effective. It is the gold standard for treating OCD for a reason — it really works. I also focus on treating anxiety and panic, self-esteem, and perfectionism.

My personal connection to OCD and mental health

I have OCD myself and I've gone through ERP personally. That's what made me really passionate about focusing on OCD as a therapist—just the relief I had there. I want other people to experience that.

What my Members say helps them feel comfortable with me

I often find when I'm describing what it feels like to deal with intrusive thoughts or something, I see people going like, "Oh my gosh, yes, you get it." That's because I've felt what it's like.

The most rewarding part of treating OCD

It's just so cool to see someone get out of their head and get back to their life. I love to see someone being back with their partner, being able to be present in the moment, do their hobbies, exercise. When I see someone starting to get back to stuff they stopped doing, that's when I get really excited for them and cheer them on.

My message to you if you're struggling right now

It's never too late to come back to the present moment and live your life fully, no matter how long you've suffered with something. That change is always possible.
