My approach to treating OCD is centered on truly understanding each member's unique experience and how OCD is affecting their life. I'm empathetic, supportive, and bring an ambitious mindset to treatment. I'll take time to listen carefully to your struggles and concerns, then tailor treatment to fit your specific needs. Together, we'll set clear, achievable goals driven by your values and priorities, ensuring you feel motivated and focused throughout the process. My personal connection to OCD and mental health

What draws me to this work is the resilience I see in people facing OCD and anxiety related challenges. Over the years, I've worked with individuals navigating anxiety, compulsions, and shame—and I've learned how powerful it can be when someone feels truly understood and not judged. That's what I strive to offer: a space where you're not defined by what you're going through, but supported in working through it.

How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy

Before diving into symptoms, I want to know who you are: What do you enjoy? Who's important in your life? I'll share a bit about myself too—whether it's my love for hiking or reading—so we connect as real people. That sense of common ground is key.

My favorite part of treating OCD

The best moments? When Members say our relationship made a big difference. But honestly, it's them—their courage, their commitment—that leads to change. I love witnessing people show up for themselves, week after week, and create a life that feels better and more authentic.

My approach to treating OCD

I focus on you—really understanding how OCD shows up in your day-to-day life. I'm empathetic, supportive, and bring an ambitious mindset to treatment. I'll take time to listen carefully to your struggles and concerns, then tailor treatment to fit your specific needs. Together, we'll set clear, achievable goals driving by your values and priorities, and I'll be there to support and motivate you every step of the way.

Good experience

I love this therapist so much. She helps me resolve deep OCD stressors that I never realized I have. She always finds ways to relate to my struggles and make me feel understood. She has made my day to day life so much easier and happier by helping me work on some of the root causes of my OCD. I had major doubts beginning OCD therapy but she has truly helped me so much already. I can’t wait to continue working with her!
