In OCD therapy, we'll start with education about the OCD cycle and ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) treatment. You'll learn how to challenge yourself to face your fears and obsessions without using compulsions. You'll practice in sessions, and between sessions, until your anxiety improves or goes away. We'll take your treatment journey as fast or slow as you want to go. I've treated so many OCD sufferers with various stories and experiences; I've never heard of anyone regretting NOCD Therapy. In addition to OCD, I specialize in treating anxiety and depression.
