She/Her
Licensed Therapist, MS, LMFT
OCD has a way of wiping out your self-esteem and self-worth. Something I can do as a therapist is to help empower you to find your strengths to approach things in a different way so you can take that next step toward wholeness. Outside of work, I enjoy engaging in new and fun activities like working on puzzles, going to amusement parks, doing escape rooms, and traveling.

I take pride in my ability to listen without judgment, and I consider it a privilege and an honor to come alongside you as you take this first step.
I decided to become a therapist because of my deep empathy for others and my strong desire to help empower people toward self-discovery by realizing their inner strengths and abilities to reach their full potential.
Throughout my education and work experience, I discovered the extensive impact OCD has on the lives of those affected. I decided I needed to learn more about OCD and exposure and response prevention to help people regain control over their lives.
I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, focusing on a variety of areas including anxiety, stress, depression, life transitions, parenting stressors, as well as trauma.
Exposure and response prevention is going to be challenging work, but it is also some of the most rewarding and worthwhile work that you can do. You will not be alone in the process. I will be there to support you along the way through live sessions and messaging, and you will have access to the NOCD community of people, who like you, are also living with OCD.
Taking that first step is not easy. I understand that every individual is unique and it is hard for people to open up and be vulnerable and share their thoughts. Intrusive thoughts are normal, and I will respond with compassion and understanding. My communication style is calm, empathetic, accepting, and personable. I take pride in my ability to listen without judgment, and I consider it a privilege and an honor to come alongside you as you take this first step.
