I've seen people close to me struggle with mental health, and I've dealt with anxiety myself. If I can help people live with OCD — or anything else they're struggling with — that's really rewarding to me. As a therapist, I am non-judgmental and collaborative. We'll start where you are and go from there, depending on your needs. I’ve also worked with people affected by generalized anxiety disorder, traumatic backgrounds, and post-traumatic stress disorder.

How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy
I really try to normalize OCD and explain how it works so you can see that it's nothing to be ashamed of. I'll let you know that nothing you could say is going to be shocking to me, and I validate the courage that it takes to show up and to do the hard work. I also really try to be transparent about what we're going to do in our sessions, which helps build trust.
What I want to help you see in yourself
I want you to see your courage, resilience, and capacity for self-compassion. I want you to know that showing up over and over, even when you don't want to, is very brave of you. Your willingness to feel temporarily uncomfortable is what's going to get you back to living the life you want to live.
My message to you if you're considering therapy
You won't have to face everything at once. It's common to feel hesitant about trying exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy, but here at NOCD, we won't throw you in the deep end. This is a very collaborative process, and we do it in a gradual way, where you're able to develop skills along the way that help you handle that deep end.
The most rewarding part of treating OCD
Seeing people get their lives back, get back to doing the things that they want to be doing, and reengage in their relationships. I think that that's really a powerful thing.
Why our members love working with Cori
K.B.
Cori is so kind and patient, but she will also push you if it will help you get better. Highly recommend.
M.D.
Cori was great! However, I found out the member advocate made a mistake setting me up with a provider that doesn’t treat Body Dysmorphic Disorder. I really like Cori and would like to continue treatment with her but sounds like I most likely won’t be able to.
N.S.
I’ve worked with Cori for about 2 years now. I’ve come a long way with her support! She is patient, kind, supportive, thorough, and creative with solutions. I’ve had a few OCD therapists since diagnosis and I’ve had the most success with her.

Cory did a thorough hierarchy plan for me. Excited to dive into ERP.
K.F.
Cori explained things clearly and listened to me well.
K.J.
She’s so wonderful and effective. I’m already seeing a difference!
J.N.
Cori was very nice and understanding. Helped keep me on track many times throughout the session.
G.D.
My therapist is good overall, but I would be interested in talking more about my life and not spending the whole time just practicing exposures. When I have brought up things I’m dealing with in my life or things I’m thinking about from the past, she hasn’t had much in the way of insights or advice.
L.I.
I really like my therapist...
